To maintain, construct, and plan safe and adequate roadway transportation and public works systems within the parameters of the County budget, while providing a high level of service to the public and the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors.

Paulden Community Cleanup

The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, working with the Public Works Department, is pleased to announce a community cleanup in Paulden.  The cleanup will be at the Paulden Transfer Station, 23750 N. Marblehead Avenue.  The cleanup will be open to Yavapai County residents at no charge on April 29th, 30th, May 1st, 6th, 7th, 8th, 13th, 14th, and 15th, 2021 from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.    PRESS RELEASE  //  FLYER

Annual Free Slash Program

The Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, working with the Public Works Department, is pleased to announce the continuation of the annual free slash drop-off program at County transfer stations beginning April 1, 2021 through June 1, 2021.  County transfer stations are in: Black Canyon City, Congress, Mayer, Paulden, Seligman, and Skull Valley.     PRESS RELEASE  //  FLYER

Resolution No. 2049 Adopted by Board of Supervisors

Resolution No. 2049 was Approved and Adopted by the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors on December 16, 2020.  The purpose of Resolution No. 2049 is to rescind Resolution No. 1036 regarding road engineering standards and addendums thereto, and adopt new road engineering standards for Yavapai County.   Resolution No. 1036  //  Resolution No. 2049  //  Roadway Design Standards

Ordinance 2020-5 Adopted by Board of Supervisors

Yavapai County Ordinance 2020-5 was Approved and Adopted by the Board of Supervisors on December 16, 2020.  The intent of this ordinance is to regulate obstructions, excavation, encroachments, and use of publicly maintained roads and rights of way.  This Ordinance shall be effective on January 15, 2021.  //  ORDINANCE 2020-5



Ordinance 2020-4 Adopted by Board of Supervisors

Yavapai County Ordinance 2020-4 was Approved and Adopted by the Board of Supervisors on December 16, 2020.  The intent of this ordinance is to establish a uniform County Road System including acquisition, construction and maintenance for all public roadways under the jurisdiction of the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors.  This Ordinance shall be effective on January 15, 2021.   //  ORDINANCE 2020-4



WILLIAMSON VALLEY ROAD BOX CULVERT EXTENSION

New Office Location for Right of Way Permitting
