Special Districts for which the Board of Supervisors sits as the Board of Directors, and which currently have unpaid assessments are:

• Coyote Springs Road Improvement District II
• Prescott East Sanitary District*
• Poquito Valley Road Improvement District

*Prescott East Sanitary District is comprised only of Castle Canyon Mesa Unit 3.

The following Special Districts for which the Board of Supervisors sits as the Board of Directors do not have assessments or have debt that is collected through tax levy. Do not contact Improvement District Services for information about these districts. Where a tax levy is involved, information is on the tax bill.

• Ash Fork Street Lighting Improvement District (no assessment)
• Granite Gardens Sanitary District (no assessment)
• Red Rock Road Enhancement Maintenance District (no assessment)
• Seligman Sanitary District (no assessment)
• Seligman Street Lighting Improvement District (no assessment)
• Yarnell Street Lighting Improvement District (no assessment)

Note: Street lighting improvement districts do not bond. They are formed solely for the purpose of purchasing electricity, the cost of which is paid for through an annual tax levy.
