| Granite Gardens Sanitary District The collection system belongs to the City of Prescott. County prepares and administers the budget and annual report. Property owners maintain the grinder pumps. Order of establishment 1983.

| Iron Springs Sanitary District Bond issue approved in 1994 to connect annexed area into the City of Prescott main line. The bond issue is collected through their taxes, bond will paid off 2009 County collects budget and annual report. Order of establishment – 1972.

| Prescott East Sanitary District* Connected to Town of Prescott Valley March, 2001. Town owns system, project financed through WIFA. Loan will be paid off 2011. Order of establishment - 1976.

| Seligman Sanitary District* County collects a quarterly user fee for the operation and maintenance of the wastewater system that serves approximately 27 customers. There is currently no assessment. An Ad Valorem Tax was approved for 97-98 fiscal year. County prepares and administers the budget and annual report. County wastewater operators maintain the system. Order of establishment -1986.
