The Recorded Document website now includes the following types of documents:
  • General documents (deeds, deeds of trust, liens, etc. indexed and verified from January 1, 1974 to present)
  • Recorded Subdivision Maps* (indexed and verified from 1864 to present)
  • Recorded Land Surveys* (indexed and verified from 1864 to present)

The Public records contained on this website are unofficial copies of the Recorder’s records, and may be used without charge for non-commercial purposes. “Official” copies of the Recorder’s records may be obtained by contacting the Recorder’s office. Those using this information for commercial purposes must comply with Arizona Revised Statutes § 39-121.03 and with Yavapai County Board of Supervisors Resolution 1327 , which require commercial users to file a Statement of Commercial Purpose for each proposed use and to pay specified fees and charges. Failure to comply with these requirements is a violation of state law and may result in the imposition of substantial civil damages awards and other penalties as provided by law.

Users are advised to review the definitions of “commercial purpose” set forth in ARS § 39-121.03(D) and Paragraph 1 of Board Resolution 1230. If required, Statements of Commercial Purpose for information on this website are to be filed with the Yavapai County Recorder’s Office.
