Residential Addition, Remodel and Accessory Structures include, but are not limited to: Additions or Remodels to a primary residence or detached structure, Detached Garages or Carports, Guest Homes, Storage Buildings, Workshops, Barns, Swimming Pools, Spas or Other Accessory Buildings.
Residential Plans: 2 complete sets of construction plans drawn per the Plan Review Criteria – Residential are required. Minimum scale is ¼” = 1′ and minimum size paper is 18″ x 24″.
Floor Plan: An 8-1/2” x 11” floor plan is required for all submittals. All rooms and areas need to be labeled, including doorway and window locations.
Master Plan Construction Permits must have an approved Master Plan on file with Development Services. Plan Review Criteria – Master Plan
Standard Plans may be available for some accessory structures.
