Oct 18, 2012 — Yavapai County has completed the process of updating our Comprehensive Plan. When the County adopted the plan in 2003, it was called the “General Plan.” As part of the update to the General Plan, the name of the plan is being changed to the “Comprehensive Plan” to be consistent with Arizona Revised Statutes 11-806. On September 20th, 2010, the Yavapai County Board of Supervisors approved the Comprehensive or General Plan Update process.
