The Yavapai County seal became a registered trademark in 2007. Pursuant to A.R.S. §11-251.17, use of a county seal is restricted to those users authorized by a county’s Board of Supervisors. On June 15, 2015, Resolution No. 1908 was adopted establishing procedures for use of the county seal.
Please submit the Application for Use and Certificate of Approval form to the Clerk of the Board to obtain the required approval to use the county seal.
