West of the Public Works Facility on Commerce Drive in the City of Prescott

Status:

Project is 30% constructed and should be completed in May 2011.

Description:

The 6.5 acre site construction includes major regrading, all utility extensions and a new driveway on Commerce Drive. The County also has two buildings under design to be constructed on the site.

The project also includes constructing a new 100 space parking lot and fueling station on the existing Public Works property adjacent to the new site. Total project cost estimate is $2,550,00.
