Description:

Yavapai County is under contract with Catalyst Architecture to design a single story, 24,000 square foot building to primarily house the Development Services and Management Information Services Departments. There will also be a human resources training room that should seat 36 people that will replace the training room currently located in the Mackin Building. The total project cost estimate is $6,200,000.
