Terms: Cash, money orders and cashier checks. Payments are due on the Monday, following the Auction by 4 PM.

 

Deposit: $500.00 cash or debit card (using pin) deposit.

 

Sales tax: Applicable on all purchases, unless buyer presents a valid Arizona motor vehicle dealers license at time of purchase.

 

Conditions: All verbal announcements made prior to the sale supersede all written material. All items, vehicles and equipment sold as is, where is, without any expressed or implied warranty of any kind. Yavapai County retains the right to reject all bids on the heavy equipment. If rejected, the county would, at that time, state their minimum bid. All items purchased must be paid for at the time of the sale. (Unless special arrangements have been made.) All items must be removed no later than the Wednesday, following the Auction by 4:00 PM.
