Tax Lien Purchasing
The Yavapai County Treasurer’s office is in the process of migrating to a new system. Effective immediately, tax lien purchases will be processed differently in our new system. If you are purchasing a tax lien from our “Available Tax Liens for Purchase from Previous Sales” list; you can no longer buy out a tax lien holder that may already exist on a parcel. A parcel can now have multiple lien holders. We are in the process of updating our Investor Information, Frequently Asked Questions, as well as the format of our list of available liens to reflect the true purchase price. In the meantime, please contact our office with any questions you may have.
